Availability

The availability of products is indicated in each product sheet: if the product is not available, it is indicated "sold out" and cannot be ordered.

Your Account
Forgot your password ?

f you forgot your password, click on "My account" at the top right of the site, then on the link "Forgot your password": enter the email address for your account, you will then receive an email containing a clickable link to a password reset page

Modification of personal information

If you want to change your personal information, go to "My account", then in the "My personal information" section.

Address modification

Go to the "My addresses" section of the "My account" section. You can manage several delivery and billing addresses: modify them, delete them, add new ones.

Subscribe to newsletters

You can manage your subscription to BIC.com newsletters by email and sms, in the "My account" section, then "My personal information". You just have to check or uncheck the following boxes:
- I agree to be informed by Email of news, exclusives and good plans from BIC
- I agree to be informed by sms of news , exclusives and great deals from BIC
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters.

Promotional codes

A promotional code must be entered on the cart page before validation in the "Add a promo code" field provided for this purpose.
Then click "OK". You can also cancel its inclusion by clicking on the little cross to delete it. Only one promotional code can be used for the same order.

Your orders
Purchase on the site

On https://uk.bic.com, the purchase is simple, fast and secure.

Step 1: once your product is selected, you can choose the quantity.
Step 2: click the "Add to cart" button in each product sheet. You can then either continue shopping or go to the shopping cart.
Step 3: once your purchases are selected in your shopping cart, you can click on the "validate my shopping cart" button. The following steps are: Identification or creation of your account, choice of delivery and billing and payment address

Tracked delivery

Once your order has been confirmed, its status changes to shipped when our logistics service has processed it. In parallel, you will receive an email to notify you of the shipment with a Colissimo tracking link to follow its route to the delivery point.

Bill

When your order is confirmed, your invoice appears in your account in the "My orders" section in the order concerned: you can print it at any time.

Delivery
Delivery area

Delivery is limited to the UK. For logistical reasons, we are unable to offer delivery in the overseas territories. Delivery cannot be made to hotels.

Delivery method

Orders are shipped by Colissimo and the shipping time is 2 to 3 business days. Orders above £29.00 benefit from free delivery and for orders below £29.00, delivery costs amount to £4.95.

Payment method

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard and also by Paypal.

Secure payment

Payments on the Bic.com site are completely secure. Using encryption in SSL (Secure Soket Layer) mode, your bank details appear on the Internet only in encrypted form - they are coded so as to make them invisible.

Returns and refunds
Withdrawal

You have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. To do this, go to the "My account" section, click on the "Return items" link in the order concerned. You can access the procedure to follow.

You must download a return slip, complete it, then return your package without forgetting to insert the completed return slip and frank it, at:

Upon receipt of your products, we will refund your order within 7 days.
