The uk.bic.com website will close on the 31st of March. Once the date passed, clients will no longer have access to the website and all its features.
The website will be fully functional until the 3rd of january. On this date certain key features will not be available to customers like :
- Buying a product
- Creating an account
Passed the 3rd of January, Clients will still have access to some core features of the BIC website until the 31st of march :
- Access to their existing account
- Invoice viewing
- Order tracking
- Refund Requests

If you forgot your password, click on "My account" at the top right of the site, then on the link "Forgot your password": enter the email address for your account, you will then receive an email containing a clickable link to a password reset page.
If you want to change your personal information, go to "My account", then in the "My personal information" section.
Purchases are available until the 3rd of January on https://uk.bic.com. Past this date, you will not be able to purchase products on the website.
Purchases made beforehand will be fulfilled and delivered without exception in the respected delays.
Once your order has been confirmed, its status changes to shipped when our logistics service has processed it. In parallel, you will receive an email to notify you of the shipment with a Hermes tracking link to follow its route to the delivery point.
When your order is confirmed, your invoice appears in your account in the "My orders" section in the order concerned: you can print it at any time.
Past the 3rd of January, clients will keep access to their invoices and will be able to view and print them from their account page. Starting on the 31st of March, clients will no longer have access to their invoices.
You have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. To do this, go to the "My account" section, click on the "Return items" link in the order concerned. You can access the procedure to follow.
You must download a return slip, complete it, then return your package without forgetting to insert the completed return slip and frank it, at:
